This work was shown in the Luckman Gallery's 2010 group show titled ReadyMade Color. The eight-paneled piece created from glucose, sugar, food coloring, paper and watercolor explores the materiality of color in food, as well as the agricultural process of raising both sugarbeet and corn; two major players in the American food industry.
